About our technology
program...
We are quite proud of the technology program at St.
Ann School! We currently have 19 desktop computers
and several laptop computers in our lab, as well as
several computers within each individual classroom.
The entire school is networked and has high speed Internet
access. Our students use this equipment on a regular
basis, as we understand the importance of integrating
technology into our core curriculum.
To further enhance our students' learning, we also
have digital projectors, digital cameras, digital scanners,
and numerous printers available throughout the school
for use by both students and teachers.
Computer Class
Students in Grades K-8 attend computer class once per
week. In addition, teachers bring their students
to the lab at least 2 more times per week to use the
SuccessMaker program (reading and math skills) and as-needed
to work on special projects which require computer access.
Our computer classes are always hands-on with each
student working at his or her own computer. The
following documents explain in detail what my learning
objectives are for each grade level (to view these documents,
you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer):

Ink Cartridge & Cell Phone Recycling Program
We work hard to provide the most up-to-date equipment
for our students. One way that we do this is by
participating in an ink cartridge and cell phone recycling
program that helps us earn money to buy new technology
supplies and equipment. All you have to do is
drop off your empty cartridges and used cell phones
and we will do the rest!
For more information about this great program, please

(our school identifier is SAS).
